Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 12-bedroom estate and all its advertised amenities. Our home is equipped with a smart lock for a smooth, keyless self-check-in. On the day of your arrival, you will receive an email containing your unique access code and a quick guide for entering the home. You can check in any time after 4:00 PM without needing to meet anyone in person.

1. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out may be available with advance approval and a fee
2. Maximum Occupancy
• The total number of guests must not exceed the amount listed in your reservation
• No outside visitors or unregistered guests without prior approval
3. Parties & Events
• No unauthorized parties, events, or large gatherings
• Back Nine Retreats is designed for elevated experiences, not wild parties
• Pre-approved events (golf getaways, bachelor weekends) are allowed with permission only
4. Noise Policy
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please be respectful of neighbors and community rules
• No excessive noise or music outside after 10 PM
5. Smoking
• Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas
• Cigarette or cigar butts must be disposed of properly
6. Pets
• No pets allowed unless pre-approved in writing
• A pet fee and additional cleaning charges may apply
7. Amenities Use
• All amenities (golf simulator, pool, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge) are used at your own risk
• No glass near the pool, hot tub, or simulator area
• Please follow posted guidelines for safe use of all features
8. Kitchen & Appliances
• You’re welcome to use the kitchen and all appliances
• Please clean up after use and leave items as you found them
• Do not leave food or trash out overnight (especially in outdoor areas)
9. Damage & Security Deposit
• Please treat the home with care
• Any damage, missing items, or excessive messes may result in additional charges
• Accidents happen — just let us know right away
10. Smart Devices & Cameras
• Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door for guest safety and property protection
• There are no cameras inside the home
• Do not tamper with internet, smart home, or security systems
11. Fire Safety
• No open flames or candles indoors
• Use caution around the grill and outdoor kitchen
• Fire extinguishers and first aid kits are provided – located in kitchen island
12. Children & Safety
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near pools, saunas, or simulator areas
• No climbing on furniture, railings, or game room equipment
Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
